Terms of Service

These terms apply to the ZonitoVisuals licensing website, Roblox OAuth sign-in, version loader, account linking, and related plugin services operated by Thaw. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not authorize the app or use these services. Contact thaw@zoni.to with questions.

Eligibility and account ownership

You must meet Roblox's requirements for OAuth authorization, including using an account aged 13 or over. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where required. Sign in only with an account you own or are authorized to use, and provide accurate information when requesting support.

Sign-in and licensed access

Roblox sign-in verifies your identity; it does not purchase a licence or guarantee access. Access depends on an active entitlement and its applicable seat limits and conditions. Purchase, gift, promotional, and booster entitlements may have different conditions. An entitlement can end when its stated conditions are no longer met.

The loader checks your licence, downloads eligible versions, and periodically renews a session. An internet connection and availability of Roblox and the licensing service are required. Keep your installation credentials and pairing codes private. Do not share an installation token, resell access without permission, bypass licence checks, or exceed your permitted concurrent sessions.

Acceptable use

Do not attack or disrupt the service, access another person's data, impersonate another account, distribute malicious content, or use the service unlawfully. You must also follow the applicable Roblox terms and the terms of any other platform you use with the service.

Assets and your content

Plugin software and library assets remain subject to their owners' rights and any licence supplied with them. Access to a library does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute assets outside their applicable licence. You retain ownership of content you import or back up and must have permission to use it.

Privacy and account removal

The Privacy Policy explains what information is processed and how to request deletion or unlinking. You may stop using the service and revoke Roblox authorization at any time. Contact us separately to revoke plugin installations or remove service records.

Availability, updates, and backups

Features and available versions may change, and access may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, or changes to third-party platforms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep independent copies of important work. Save your local backup ModuleScripts to file or save the place that contains them; the website does not provide backup storage.

Suspension, termination, and support

We may restrict or revoke access for a missing or expired entitlement, suspected credential compromise, misuse, or a breach of these terms. Automated seat limits may temporarily block a session. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact thaw@zoni.to for review. A restriction does not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Purchases and statutory rights

Prices, purchase conditions, and any refund process are those disclosed by the seller or platform at the time of purchase. These terms do not replace those purchase conditions or exclude rights and remedies that applicable law gives you.

Responsibility and third-party services

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy where doing so would be unlawful. ZonitoVisuals is an independent service and is not endorsed by or operated by Roblox Corporation. Roblox, Discord, and Cloudflare operate under their own terms and policies.

Changes and contact
